Glavanized Wire Mesh Process Characteristics:

The galvanizing process of galvanized mesh needs to have the following three characteristics:

1. Reduce mesh blockage in the production process and prolong the life of the product mesh;

2. The produced product has excellent hardness;

3. The production process of galvanized sheet is safe

Galvanized Wire Mesh Order of Galvanzied and Weaving:

1: Galvanized after Weaving: also called post-plating.
     It can be white-plated, blue-plated (also known as blue-white passivation), gold-plated.
     Blue-white passivation is a process in which a layer of other effects is plated in a chemical solution after galvanizing.

2: Galvanized before weaving: also called original plating.
     Generally, if the wire diameter is less than 0.35mm, there will be more post-plating;

                      if the wire diameter above 0.35mm is more original plating,but the color of the post-plating will be better.
